The service was useful overall, and I did get some value out of it, but the costs started to feel like a lot quickly. What bothered me most was that it felt like the goalposts kept moving, just when I thought I understood what I’d be paying, another fee or upgrade seemed to come up. If money is tight, I’d definitely want clearer pricing upfront and some more affordable options.

I tried using Planned Parenthood Direct because I thought it would make getting an appointment easier, but there were barely any times available that actually worked for me. I kept checking back, and everything was still booked out, so it felt like I was just another ticket number waiting for something to open up. It kind of defeated the whole point of doing it online. Maybe it’s better in other areas, but for me the availability was really frustrating and I ended up having to look somewhere else.

I felt ignored. When I did get a reply, it came way too late to be useful, and the communication wasn’t very clear either. I was left trying to figure out what they actually meant, which was really frustrating.

I ended up stopping because I never felt totally confident that my information was actually private. The privacy stuff was confusing, and every time I tried to understand who could see what, it felt like I had to explain my concern all over again without getting a straight answer. For something this personal, that really bothered me and made me too uncomfortable to keep using it.

This whole thing was more stressful than it needed to be. The prescription approval took forever, and then the delivery showed up days later than what they said. Like, if people are ordering medication, maybe don’t make the timing a guessing game? I kept checking for updates and just got more annoyed. Not something I’d want to deal with again
